Fury Road Survivor is open-world driving combat and an explosions of pixels. Mad Max for mobile… anyone?

Fury Road Survivor is sparkling with beauty voxels. I find it difficult to believe a voxel game can look so amazing, but it does. It couldn’t be better the sand shimmers, blasts skyrocketing into the water, and handheld combat. If you like driving games like Pako Car Chase Simulator or Splash cars released recently, then Tiny Games will look at Fury Road Survivor.

Tiny Games, based in Italy, is based in Rome. They’ve developed several mobile games like Impossible Lines and Geometry Cut, more recently. Fury Road Survivor is expected to propel them into another region as this game is fun to play, has plenty of visual appeal, and can be hard as nails. If you like your action-packed driving game, Fury Road Survivor is your game style.

The game starts quite straightforward. It’s in a desert-like wasteland you and your car. There are abandoned vehicles, dunes, stretches of old roads and overpasses, building blocks and anything else you could imagine. It’s all about evading as much as you can your pursuers. There are also oil barrels scattered around the area. These are quite important because they are used to upgrade the vehicle and weapons. I wish there was a mini-map showing where the blue barrels are, it would make the gameplay a little more fun and tactical. It’s all out of battle with your rivals. If you think the game looks like the setting for the new Mad Max film, or the original in that way, you’d be wrong. Guess what? Tiny Games totally nails it. I don’t know if that was deliberate, but I think it’s a complementary node in the right direction.

The world may sometimes feel strong, but you don’t think these graphics are great at any time. The sand is blowing in the wind, you have dunes that you can use to drive your car in other cars, and the speed at which the player is moving is great. There are areas where the desert becomes a green landscape that is more covered. You can’t stay there because you’ll find these places dangerous quickly. Your car is beginning to sputter green bits, and it’s game over if you hang out there for too long.

Fury Road Survivor Game Features

  • Find the perfect balance between your vehicle and gear
  • Challenge yourself by smashing the enemies without helping the gears
  • Survivor Mode of Smashy Fury Roads included

The game doesn’t have much of a plot at all. Each time you start in different parts of the world map. There are just two n game controls. There’s a right turn button and a left turn arrow. That’s what it is. The car is driving on its own and backing up. I wish there were a few more game control options, but it works pretty well for what’s being presented. You’re going to find yourself crashing into different objects and sometimes getting stuck. Trying to reverse and turn around is the first thing you want to do. When you wait for a moment, you’ll start to back up your car on your own. Unfortunately, because the villains are hot on your heels, it’s never fast enough. Here’s where help in the game is critical. By help, what I mean is some form of firepower. That brings us back to the precious oil / fuel tanks.

The in-game money is a bit hard to get through daily gameplay in many free games to play. If more barrels were around, the equipment could be upgraded quicker. At this point, the only other choices you have are to watch an ad that will earn you twenty points, or you can spend real money buying various vehicles or armaments for your car. To be able to purchase a piece of equipment takes one hundred points. You’re going to know how it’s handled. You charge and you turn a double drum. You will either get a common, special, uncommon or mysterious vehicle or armament for your car depending on where it stops. You will then be able to rotate into the desert through your vehicles or armaments to set up yourself. Without that, can you enjoy the game? You may, of course, but it was easier to have your driving skills. If you are interested in spending real cash, vehicles and upgrades start just north of $1.00 and go up to just under $5.00 for each piece.

A fun game to play is Overall Fury Road Survivor. Tiny Games has put together a truly impressive and unique looking game that says a lot, given how many driving games are available. Google Game Play Services incorporates Fury Road Survivor. You have a leaderboard on which you can perform. There are currently no achievements to obtain in the game. If you choose to record your playing, the game is also compatible with EverPlay. Fury Road Survivor certainly worth a look as a free-to-play player. The game doesn’t seem to be pay-to-play or pay-to-win. It would be nice to be able to throw our way a few more tanks, so we can mix up the fight with more guns and vehicles. Be ready to watch a few commercials if you want to switch it up. Although a little brief, the gameplay is still satisfying due to some very tough enemies you need to maneuver.
